Arrived Broken

I ordered these on February 25. I didn’t receive them until March 29. During that time, I did not receive any communication about the shipment or the long delay. They arrived broken, so I reached out to Kolorful Krafting. I waited two weeks for a reply, nothing. So I emailed again, still nothing. So they have my money, and I have a broken product. This is clearly not a reputable business.
